The glory of Christmas came to the streets of Skid Row, thanks to your generous help! I am overwhelmed by your compassionate response to the needs of hungry, hurting souls here in the inner city.

During the recent Christmas holidays, literally thousands of children and families personally experienced God’s love - - and yours. Every day we shared the truth of Jesus, God’s One and Only Son, in our Chapel Bible services. And when thousands of needy families attended our larger events, we filled the Skid Row streets.

I wish you could have seen the wonder in the eyes of the children when they received new toys of their very own! And you should have heard the gratitude from needy mothers upon receiving their only Christmas gifts - - hot meals, fresh fruit, vegetables, rice, beans, pasta, cereals, bread, warm clothing, hygiene items and all the other “goodies” donated by generous partners like you. THANK YOU!

With your continued partnership, Fred Jordan Mission will be here on the streets to offer a safety net of good food, God’s love and His life-changing forgiveness.

But in spite of the thousands we fed and cared for this year, I am painfully aware that nearly 50 million Americans struggle with hunger every day. This is why the life-saving work of Fred Jordan Missions is more crucial than ever before. Thank you for joining our team!
